Maryland Headquarters

Bryan Agee, President

Bryan founded South River Restoration in 1998 to fill a much needed void in the disaster recovery industry. Bryan enjoys helping people in their time of need and the principles and ideology that the company was founded on are Bryan’s core beliefs of total customer service, quality, integrity, fairness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. After extensive training and years of experience, Bryan is certified by the IICRC as a Master Water Restorer and a Master Fire & Smoke Damage Restorer.

Jason Smith, Vice President

Jason joined South River Restoration in 2001, quickly moved up the ranks and now serves as the corporate Vice President. Jason enhances the company by subscribing to the same core values that South River was founded on and is actively involved in the day to day functions of the company.

Dave Dorsey, Director of Mitigation Division

Dave joined the South River team in 2005 and brings with him 15 years of experience in water and fire damage restoration. With a dedication to the efficient operations of the company, in June 2010 he became Director of Mitigation. Dave has one of the most difficult positions here at South River; he is responsible for the day to day operations of all field personnel and facility functions.

Joseph Antonelli, Director of Construction Division

Joseph was previously a Project Manager for American Iron Works, specializing in ornamental metal work for commercial applications. Prior to his current role, Mr. Antonelli was a Division Manager with Lennar Homes in Bowie, Maryland. Mr. Antonelli has built communities in Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware through the various P & L management roles he has held with Lennar, one of the nation's largest homebuilders. His expertise is in operational planning and the start up of new communities. Mr. Antonelli has 10 years experience in all phases of multi-channel management; purchasing, sales management, marketing, product positioning, asset management, and has over 20 years experience as a homebuilder. He is well versed in the Northern Virginia, Maryland and Southern Delaware markets, and has a broad knowledge of active adult community development.

Justin Terry, Director of Quality Assurance

Justin joined South River Restoration in 2002 and served as the Director of Operations until 2010. With his dedication to maintaining the reputation for honesty and quality South River has built over the years, in June 2010 he became the Director of Quality Assurance. As such, Justin is responsible for building and maintaining the standards of quality and service that South River lives by. With extensive education and training, Justin has been designated a Master Water Restorer by the IICRC.

Kristina Terry, Director of Administration

Kristina joined the South River team in 2003. She is the backbone of our operation and is responsible for the smooth running of all corporate and administrative functions. With her administrative staff, Kristina provides the organization and support needed to maintain and develop corporate operation and ensure our clients are provided quality service.

Texas Office

Justin Moore, Director of Operations

Justin has been with our Texas operation since the opening in 2009. Justin has brought with him years of experience in disaster restoration while traveling the country and focusing on large commercial losses. Justin assists in running the day to day functions of South River Restoration while focusing on the customer and development of new employees.

Juan Tejada, Supervisor

Juan joined our Texas operation in 2010 with a background in construction. In his short time here he has developed a true passion for water restoration. Juan has received his certifications as both Water Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician.

Nancy Kirk- Business Development

Nancy Kirk has been in the restoration industry since 1991. Through these 20+ years, her roles have ranged from business development to estimating and production. She is experienced in the mitigation and restoration of all types of residential and commercial projects. In 2003, Nancy started a design-build commercial construction company, providing in-house architectural and engineering services. Her company specialized in ground-up commercial construction as well as commercial in-fill, retail, restaurant and medical. Specialty projects also included multi-million dollar residential projects requiring architectural oversight. In 2009 Nancy sold her construction company, obtained an adjusters license and rejoined the restoration industry as a business development representative. Nancy is "Excited about the future of South River and the broad knowledge background that our office brings to the current marketplace". Her enthusiasm for South River and the restoration industry is unparalleled.

Sofia Castaneda, Administrative Manager

Sofia joined South River Restoration in 2011, but is a veteran in the industry. She has a strong background with over six years of management for a large restoration firm. Sofia is IICRC certified in water damage restoration and has a business degree. Her extensive experience easily allows her to maintain the discipline and order necessary to operate the Texas office, in addition to the compassion necessary to guide our clients through the restoration and repairs process. She is happily married with children and enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, camping and fishing with the family.
